What if your "frequent flyers" had access to the aircraft schedule. Would you have more time for other parts of your job? It’s not that you don't want to hear from them, but
sometimes wouldn't it be a good thing if they knew about that trip to New York? Maybe they could rearrange their meeting, share the airplane, and save company resources.

PFM Web Calendar Library
We have created many different Web Calendars for our customers. These are available to all customers, or we can work with you to design a Web Calendar specific to your needs.
Calendar Updates
The PFM Web Calendars update automatically. The "refresh" rate is user-defined.
Confidential Trips
You can mark any trips as "confidential" so that do not display on the Web Calendar.
Executive View
PFM can design Web Calendars specific to end-user needs. For instance, a "corporate" Web Calendar would have general information about aircraft availability and hide "confidential trips" and passenger names.
CEO View
A Web Calendar for the CEO would show all trips, including passenger names.
Pilot View
Web Calendars showing crew schedules, including PDF links to print tripsheets, flight logs, and itineraries have been a very popular type of design.
