Emailing Printouts is now available for all users and all printouts in scheduling.  Take a look at some of the options you have, even if you use Terminal Server or Citrix.

Scheduling:  You can now set holidays in PFM for the scheduling crew grid and Administrative Logs.
Reports tab -> Report2,  Report Options button
Enter the date and description for each holiday you wish to track.
The date at the top of the crew grid will turn orange to denote a holiday.

New Reports:  All are under Reports tab -> Reports3.
Flight Time Graph: The graph depicts flight time for your fleet in a bar graph.  Prints in color or multiple shades when printing black and white.
Fuel by Credit Card Report:  Prints leg information including amount purchased and price per Credit Card (by Departure).

Did you know.... (items that have been around but you just never knew about or forgot existed)
City Search
-
some people never noticed the building icon in the upper right of the weekly calendar.  This is known as the city search.  You can search for a city pair or just a destination for a given date range.  This is good if you are looking for a trip but don't know for what day OR if someone calls looking to see if you have any flights going from point A to point B.

Passenger Database- if it takes awhile when searching to find a name, it could be that you have the passenger speed search activated.  On slower networks this delay could result.  To deactivate this feature, double-click the people icon in the bottom right of the database.  Options-> Speed Search.

Record keeping- select "Transfer/Add Leg."  When you type a date into the date field, if there is a pink box around the date, that notifies you that there was activity for that day.
